Italian Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
    5 green onions, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 deep-dish pie shell
Preparation
    Spray skillet with cooking spray. Saute zucchini and onion until tender; stir in parsley, salt, garlic powder, basil and oregano. Mix well; combine eggs and cheese with sauteed mixture, stirring well. Pour mixture into unbaked crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until set.
