Oven-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 c. zucchini, onion rings or cauliflower, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Spray cold baking sheet with Pam.
    In a 9-inch pie plate, stir together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika until mixed. Place vegetables in medium bowl and drizzle with salad dressing. Toss until coated.
    Roll vegetables in crumb mixture.
    Place in single layer on baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
