Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can soy chicken, diced
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
    2 c. fresh broccoli pieces (bite size)
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in margarine. Add cooked rice, soup, chicken, milk, cheese, McKay's seasoning and broccoli.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 12 or more.
