Tangy Orange Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
    Add first 5 ingredients and pulse 2 or 3 times or until well blended.
    With processor running, pour oil through chute in a slow steady stream; process until blended.
