Cheese Sprouts And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. Brussels sprouts
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 medium apples
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 strips cooked, crumbled bacon
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil Brussels sprouts 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Reduce whipping cream in 8-inch skillet.
    Stir in Cheddar cheese, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix Brussels sprouts, peeled, cored and sliced apples and cream sauce.
    Pour into casserole or baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
