Orange Wassail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar or 24 bags Equal
1 c. water
1 doz. whole cloves
2 sticks cinnamon
3 qt. orange juice
1 (32 oz.) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and spices in a large Dutch oven; simmer over low heat 10 minutes.
Discard spices.
Add juices to syrup; heat well.
Makes 4 quarts.
(For a clear look, use frozen orange juice.)
Keep warm in crock-pot.
