Super Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean stew meat, cut into small pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    handful sliced fresh mushrooms
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Put raw meat into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix soup with water; pour over meat, then sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top of soup.
    Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Do not peek or stir!
    Saute fresh mushrooms and stir into meat along with sour cream.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
