Quick And Easy Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (7 to 8-inch) flour tortillas
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno chile peppers
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Place 4 tortillas on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Top each with 1/4 Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, peppers and onion to within 1/2-inch of edges.
    Top with remaining tortillas.
