Coney Island Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly, but thoroughly, breaking with fork until very fine.
    Add other ingredients and simmer over low heat until well blended (10 minutes).
    Serve in a bowl to be ladled over hot frankfurters in heated buns.
    Serves 12.
