Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    16 oz. grated cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. green peppers
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    5 to 7 slices raw bacon
    1/2 c. sliced olives
Preparation
    Grease a 3-quart casserole with butter.
    Mix all ingredients, except bacon and olives.
    Chop bacon; sprinkle with olives over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
