Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (1 lb.) can pinto beans
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef lightly in skillet and drain.
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Mix well and cover.
    Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
    Serves 4.
