King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated or chopped in small pieces
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water with salt to taste.
    Bone.
    Reserve broth.
    Tear tortillas in pieces and dip in reserved broth.
    Mix Velveeta cheese, onion, soup and tortillas in broth together with Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Add boned chicken and mix thoroughly.
    Put in casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
