Cheese And Bacon Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    crumbled cooked bacon
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to 400\u00b0.\tGrease 10 1/2-inch round or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Beat\teggs,
    milk,
    onion,
    margarine,
    salt\tand pepper until
    well
    blended,
    using hand beater or wire whisk. Pour into pan.
    Sprinkle
    cheese
    and
    bacon evenly over top. Bake 20 minutes or until set and golden brown.
    Serves 4.
