Turkey Stroganoff(Serves 2 To 3) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless turkey breast, cut into strips
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    cracked black pepper or coarsely ground
    salt
Preparation
    Lightly flour turkey.
    Heat oil in saute pan.
    Saute meat until lightly browned.
    Add onion; cook just until soft.
    Add broth. Stir to loosen brown bits on bottom of pan.
    Add cracked pepper. Add sour cream.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
