Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated cheese (American, Cheddar or Velveeta)
Preparation
    Add 2 tablespoons salt to 3 cups water.
    Add macaroni; bring to boil.
    Boil for 2 minutes, then cover.
    Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add chopped pepper and onion; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add the chopped ham; brown lightly.
    Rinse macaroni and drain.
    Mix with all other ingredients, except 1/4 cup grated cheese reserved for topping. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
