Blt Brunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie shell
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, bacon, green pepper and onion. Layer half of the tomatoes in crust; top with half of the mayonnaise mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6 to 8.
