Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    4 beaten egg yolks
    2 grated lemon rinds
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, flour and sugar.
    Add boiling water, stirring constantly, until smooth and creamy. Cook in double boiler for 5 minutes.
    Mix egg yolks, lemon rind, butter and lemon juice and stir into the hot mixture.
    Cook over hot water for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until egg is cooked.
