Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal together with a fork.
    Beat eggs, butter, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
    Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn off the oven and leave the pie in the oven for 10 minutes.
    Let cool for 30 minutes on a rack before cutting.
    Yield: 6 servings.
