Cheesy Beef Burros(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3 oz. lite cream cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 (7-inch) tortillas
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. coriander
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 c. plain yogurt or lo-fat sour cream
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain well. Combine beef, cream cheese, onion and the 1/4 teaspoon salt. Spoon beef mixture onto tortillas; roll up.
    Place, seam side down, in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
