Shipwreck Casserole Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Put ground meat in bottom of greased casserole.
    Top with layers of sliced onion, then layer of potatoes, sliced thin. Layer rice.
    Cover with layer of beans, then top with soup.
    Salt and pepper to taste each layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. This dish gets better the longer it bakes.
