The Perfect Wrap With The Perfect Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. brown rice, cooked
    2 cans organic black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 baked sweet potatoes
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 to 8 low-carb whole wheat tortillas
Preparation
    Fill each tortilla with rice, black beans, sweet potatoes and grated cheese. Heat them in the microwave for 1 minute or until cheese melts. Serve with The Perfect Salsa.
