Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    2 c. Fritos
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 head other lettuce or spinach
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    4 stalks celery
    5 mushrooms
    2 tomatoes
    8 oz. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Tear lettuce and dice other vegetables into large salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
    Serves 10 or more.
