Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 lemon
    1 to 2 Tbsp. anchovy paste or 1 can anchovy fillets, finely chopped (let soak in milk about 10 minutes, reduces salt)
    2 to 4 Tbsp. good olive oil
    1 head romaine lettuce
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    good amount homemade croutons
    Kalamata or Ionian Greek olives (optional)
    black pepper (coarse)
Preparation
    Thoroughly spread garlic around bottom and sides of large bowl.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add juice of lemon and stir with a whisk.
    Add anchovies and oil; stir.
    Clean, rinse and gently pull apart romaine leaves.
    Toss well until all leaves are generously coated.
    Add cheese, pepper and olives and stir.
