Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
3/4 c. butter
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients in order given, except butter.
Melt butter in large baking dish and pour egg and cheese mixture spreading evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
