Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. yellow food coloring
    nutmeg, sprinkled on top of pie
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. scalded milk (do not boil)
Preparation
    Blend everything except save one egg white until later.
    Fold the beaten egg white in last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
