Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender and cool.
    Combine sugar and tomato soup and add prepared mustard, salad oil, vinegar and salt.
    Pour over carrots, onion and pepper.
    Marinate 12 hours.
    Drain and serve.
