Applesauce "Fresh"(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. raw honey
    1 pinch sea salt
    1/4 c. distilled water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into stainless steel or glassware. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring often, for there is little liquid, only the juice from the apples.
