Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 egg whites, beaten
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 medium onion, peeled and cut in chunks
1 rib celery with leaves, cut up
5 to 6 cloves garlic, peeled
1 c. white wine vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. granulated sugar
1/8 c. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

In blender or food processor, combine onion, celery, garlic and vinegar. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Process just until thoroughly mixed, but not liquefied.
