Golden Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1/4 c. minced dry onions
    about 5 carrots, diced
    8 thin cut pork chops
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet in about 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add green pepper, onions and carrots.
    Pour in water and spread soup over top.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes, covered.
    Serve with rice.
