Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
pecans, finely chopped
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and grated Cheddar.
Add all other ingredients, except pecans; mix well.
Shape into ball or roll. Roll in pecans.
Wrap in foil and chill 24 hours before serving.
