Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 4 lb. round steak
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except steak); bring to a boil. Tenderize steak with tenderizing salt.
    Put steaks in sauce; cook over low heat for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
    Serve immediately!
