Raisin-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 9-inch pie
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
whipped cream (optional)
Preparation

Roll pastry to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
Place in a 9-inch pie plate; trim off excess pastry along edges.
Fold edges under and flute.
Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes; remove from oven.
Cool.
