Rice Pilaf(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, finely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    garlic cloves
    butter
    2 c. rice
    1 tsp. fine herbs
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. white wine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 pound butter in a skillet; saute the onions, parsley and 1 clove minced garlic. Add the rice and sprinkle with fine herbs (eg. oregano,
    thyme) and a pinch of salt; stir and add boiling chicken broth. Mix thoroughly; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
