German Pancake - cooking recipe

6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 stick butter
Preparation

Melt butter in baking pan (9 x 13-inch).
Beat eggs and add milk; mix well.
Add flour a little at a time and mix smooth. Pour in pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
