Garden Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat, cooked and drained
4 or 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 or 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
small can English peas, drained
small can corn, drained
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 large can tomatoes
1 small tomato sauce
Preparation

Fry meat and drain.
Layer potatoes, carrots, English peas, and corn in large baking dish.
Add meat and put oleo on top of meat. Pour tomatoes and tomato sauce on top.
Do not stir.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
