Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake(This Is Really Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose or unbleached flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1 egg
    1 (15 to 20 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained (reserve juice)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    This is a very good cake.
    The coconut topping can be doubled for a more flavorful cake.
    Then some of this topping can be put between layers with the frosting, as well as on the top and sides.
