Jinny'S Easy Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 heaping c. cubed, not peeled, green apples
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

In medium large bowl add apples, beaten egg and oil and mix. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Mix well and add flour.
Mix well.
Add nuts and raisins.
Bake in prepared 8 x 8-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Delicious with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
