Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
    6 oz. shrimp, cooked, deveined and chopped fine
    1 green onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cook vinegar, egg and sugar until custard-like.
    Keep stirring.
    Let cool.
    Add cream cheese to egg mixture and blend well.
    Add shrimp.
    Mix well.
    Garnish with whole shrimp and parsley.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with crackers.
