Brisket Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 c. drinking wine
salt to taste
pepper to taste
lemon pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
basil to taste
oregano to taste
1 onion, diced
Preparation

The night before you cook your brisket, place brisket in pan large enough for the marinade to cover half the brisket.
Mix all ingredients together and pour enough to cover 1/4 of brisket.
