Peanut Butter-Hot Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. applesauce
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. reduced-fat peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
Add milk, applesauce and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in peanut butter.
Pour batter into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Mix sugar, cocoa and water.
Pour over batter.
Do not mix!
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm.
