Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. melted shortening
2 c. water
5 to 5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Let first 3 ingredients set 15 minutes.
Knead flour into other ingredients.
Let stand in warm place for 2 hours.
Knead down and make into rolls.
Let stand in warm place for 2 hours. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
Yield: 4 dozen.
