Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and chopped chicken
    1 c. celery
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    crushed potato chips
    melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients.
    Put in dish.
    Sprinkle chips over top and pour melted margarine or butter over chips.
    Bake at about 375\u00b0 until it is hot, about 25 to 30 minutes.
    For a richer taste, cook rice in chicken broth.
