Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks broccoli
    2 c. cold water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. American cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in water with bouillon cubes until tender. Blend cream, milk, flour and cheese in blender.
    Mix slowly with broccoli mixture in pan.
    Return to blender and whip for 1 minute. Return to pan and cook for 20 minutes (simmer low).
