Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can chuck pineapple, drain saving juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
    Heat on low heat until sugar melts.
    Stir in pineapple chunks and Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Drizzle margarine over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
