Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or pork
    1 c. shredded American, Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme (optional)
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine egg and ketchup; stir in cheese, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, salt, thyme and pepper.
    Add ground beef or pork; mix well.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until done.
