Ingredients
    4 duck breasts
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. sauerkraut
Preparation
    Parboil breasts.
    Place sauerkraut in casserole.
    Arrange breasts over kraut.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
