Spinach Casserole * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chopped spinach
    2 cans artichoke hearts
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Add onions to spinach and other ingredients except artichokes which have been cut in half and lined in a 3-quart casserole.
    Pour spinach mixture over artichokes and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Serves 16.
