Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco lard
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in warm water)
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    together and let stand for 1 hour. Roll out
    thin,
    cut
    in
    desired pieces.
    Fry in deep fat.
    To eat, dip in honey.
    This dough can be used for fried pies.
