Saucepan Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. quick cooking oats
    1/4 c. crunchy or smooth peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine. Bring to a boil.
    Boil for 3 minutes.
    Stir in peanut butter and rolled oats.
    Return to a boil and remove from heat.
    Immediately drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
    Cool.
    Yields about 3 dozen.
