Zucchini Cheddar Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen 9-inch deep dish pie shell, thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. packed coarsely shredded zucchini (8 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. coarsely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
    2 rectangular slices Cheddar cheese, each cut in 2 triangles
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Recrimp pie shell in its aluminum pan, making high fluted edge, or transfer pastry to 4-cup square baking pan and crimp edges.
